Liesbeth Raymakers has been working as a Physiotherapist since 1998, mainly in hospital based care, ICU and intensive rehab. Originally from the Netherlands, she is now based in South Africa, (Pietermaritzburg). After obtaining a Masters degree in Human Movement Sciences at VU Amsterdam, she studied Physiotherapy and ultimately specialized in cardiac rehab and oncology. Her academic curiosity about movement systems, medical physiology and human behavior translated into joining A&P. She is very lucky to live in the mountain bike capital of Africa, and enjoys long rides and runs with her dogs in this beautiful part of the world.
